Information we process

PubPilots processes dashboard account details, authentication and security records, and the Google Ads and Google Ad Manager account information you choose to connect.

For connected accounts, we process selected account identifiers, campaign configuration and performance data, AdX reporting data, synchronization status, automation settings, actions and history. Google OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted before storage.

How we use information

We use this information only to authenticate users, display the Google Ads for Web Overview, synchronize authorized reporting data, execute user-configured campaign automation, keep an audit history, and maintain the security and reliability of PubPilots.

PubPilots does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Sharing and service providers

Information is shared only with Google when required to perform an authorized request and with infrastructure providers that host or secure PubPilots. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the platform and its users.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while a workspace is active and for as long as reasonably necessary for reporting, security and legal obligations. Disconnecting a Google integration removes its stored authorization. You may request deletion of your PubPilots account and associated data by contacting us.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted credentials, scoped user data, protected sessions and operational monitoring. No system is completely secure, but we continually work to prevent unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.
